The Strength Conditioning Workout: Chest Training is available in 3 levels:
  1. Beginner: Efficient chest training to improve your technique and strength over time. Focus on compound chest movements plus arms exercises aiming to increase the resistance and strength of those muscle groups. Suitable for all levels.
  2. Intermediate: This training is dedicated for athletes with existing chest power. It focuses on compound movement to increase strength and muscle mass. The goal is to build overall strength in the upper body to achieve fast progress in weight load within an 8-week program.
  3. Advanced: This workout is designed for athletes able to sustain a long time under tension with a challenging 4:2:1 tempo. This workout is crafted for benchers who want to break through a plateau by working on stability and control to aim for a new personal best.
Don't forget to warm up for safety and stretch to enhance recovery.
