  2. Intermediate:  An intense abs and core workout that will develop your muscles. Once it's feeling easy, increase the time under tension or the circuit repetitions.
  3. Advanced: A challenging workout that will demand a lot of determination. Stay engaged and you will develop incredible strength and body control over time.
Don't forget to warm up for safety and stretch to enhance recovery.
