The PDF document is designed to help you track your progress and implement the workouts over an 8-week period. This timeframe allows your body to learn, improve, and adapt to the program effectively.

For optimal results, we recommend following each workout consistently for 8 weeks, ideally on the same day and at the same time. For example, you could train Functional Whole Body every Monday, Joint Stability every Tuesday, and Rugby Conditioning every Thursday for 8 weeks.

Once you complete an 8-week block, you can select new workouts to begin another 8-week block, continuing your fitness journey with fresh challenges.
